What? A blog?
In the very near future, I plan to blow your mind – chronic pain, posture, workout recovery, body/mind exercises, stretching – I’m going for broke!
The goal of my blog is to provide at LEAST one instantly usable “tool” for your daily life – in every post.
But I won’t just give you exercises and stretches. In plain, clear language, I will explain the hows and whys of your body.
I can’t wait to get started, so check back soon for my first real post. For now, I hope you’re living vibrantly and well!
